Group Leaders

Program Details:

Do you always seem to be the person organizing trips with family and friends? If so, you are already taking on the responsibilities of a group leader, so why not benefit from some of the perks?

As a group leader, you can earn free cash or credit against your personal cabin by having a group and still enjoy all of the inclusive benefits of being part of the Grown & Sexy cruise, including pre-paid gratuities, premium drinks, private parties, and live entertainment. The Group Leader program is available on all Grown and Sexy cruises & trips offered throughout the year.

How many do you need to be considered a group? You will need a minimum of 8 cabins (double occupancy or more) to be considered a group and qualify for added amenities.

Here is an example of what you can earn:

  • 8 staterooms (16 guests, double occupancy or more) traveling = $400*
  • 16 staterooms (32 guests, double occupancy or more) traveling = $800*
  • 24 staterooms (48 guests, double occupancy or more) traveling = $1,200*

*This is based on inside cabins. You can earn more if everyone in your group books ocean view or balcony cabins! If a combination of different categories is booked, the cruise line offers the TC on the lowest category booked.

Please note: Group leaders will have to pay for their cabin up front in full and receive either a shipboard credit on the cruise or a check once we return. The reason for this is that your guests can cancel prior to travel, so the cruise line waits until sailing to ensure you have enough cabins sailing with you to qualify for the credit. All group leader details are agreed upon in advance and kept confidential.

Interested in becoming a group leader?

The process is very easy.

All you need to do is contact us in advance and let us know before booking that you plan to put a group together. You will then be given a booking code that each guest must use in order to be cross-referenced with your group. This information will be used to track your bookings. Failure of the traveler to use the booking code disqualifies that passenger from inclusion in the group, so it’s important to emphasize using the referral code for everyone. Once a passenger is booked as part of a group, they cannot change groups or be claimed by another group leader.

Social Media/Advertising?

You are, of course, allowed to use your platform for advertising to your group of interest; however, please avoid using the Beat of the Sea as a platform. Also, note that anyone who has traveled with Beat of the Sea before will not be counted towards your group as a way of earning. If you have more questions regarding this, please email or call me.

How do I track my bookings? Atlas can provide monthly reports on how many guests are booked in your group. The travel agency has a team of specialists that will provide support and information for the group over the phone and be available to passengers via email to answer questions.

Travel Agent Program Details:

All travel agents will be paid a commission of 10% of the base cruise fare. To qualify, the travel agent must register in advance. The client must use an agent code at the time of booking. Commissions are paid within 30 days of the sail date. Any person who has previously booked with Atlas Travel Center Inc or Beat of the Sea will not qualify for commission. Commissionable cabins for each cruise may be capacity controlled, as to the number of cabins for sale and the types of cabins for sale. The Agent will not earn a commission on their cabin, nor can they earn a commission on another Agent’s cabin. For every commissionable cabin an agent sells, that Agent shall receive a 2% discount off their personal cabin purchased at the full fare price (maximum 10%), thereby allowing the Agent to earn the equivalent of a 10% commission on their personal cabin. In submitting credit card payments on behalf of the guest, the Agent acknowledges and represents that they have full authority to charge the client’s account and hold the client’s “signature on file.”
