Attendance to all official Beat of the Sea parties, concerts and events is reserved for adults aged 18 and up. With that said, if a passenger wants to bring their family including younger children and has made arrangements for their care while at our official events, we wouldn’t object.

Due to contractual obligations, in the event of a guest cancellation all monies paid up until that point are non-refundable. All guests are highly encouraged to protect their investment by way of purchasing travel insurance which ultimately could provide them with a reimbursement should the cancellation be for a covered reason. Guests also have the option of changing the name of their traveling companion. This change would be subject to a name change fee of $75.00 admin fee and can only be allowed if one original guest remains on the reservation. If both names have changed the booking must be cancelled and rebooked with the new guests names and at prevailing rates.

Beats of the Sea highly recommends that all eligible passengers protect their investment and purchase travel insurance. Our insurance partner for this cruise is C&F Travel Insured International. For maximum benefit, travel insurance should be purchased within 21 days of your initial deposit, as the pre-existing medical condition exclusion will be waived. Certain stateroom categories can accommodate more than 2 guests. For the most part, these cabin categories begin with an odd number. Example 3V Interior; 1D Ocean View Balcony. These cabin categories are limited and the cabins are assigned to guests once they have submitted full deposit of $500.00 It is highly recommended that guests requiring these types of accommodations to not follow the payment plan and supply a full deposit of $500.00 to secure their cabin immediately.
